This is a new tour for us so we only have up to the end of this season at the moment but I do think we will have the fall dates soon and would be happy to reach out to you when they are out if you like. In regards to our payments, we just need a deposit of $400 to book and then you can pay as often as you like as long as the full balance is paid 60 days prior to your departure.

Do I need a passport to go to this tour? Flying from west palm florida

If you are a U.S. citizen, you do not need a passport for this tour, as long as you are not entering Canada during your trip. This makes it easy to enjoy this adventure within the United States!

Is a single traveller able to share a room with another solo traveller to avoid single supplement?

This tour doesn't have the option to be matched up with someone of the same sex, so your client will need to book on the single room option. This does mean she will have her own room for the duration of the tour.

Do you have Nov-Dec 2025 available? Im not pretty sure to catch up Nothern lights on March

At the moment we only have departures for the 2024/25 season available up until March 2025. We will likely release the 2025/26 season departures after the current season has concluded, so around March/April next year.

  Is it better to arrive on December 8 or December 9 given the 4 PM tour guide meeting? Flight arrives just before 3 PM into Fairbanks.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
