Campbell River
You'll arrive in Campbell River, which is well known for its salmon fishing. After checking in at the Comfort Inn & Suites, you have the rest of the day to walk around town and get familiar with the area at your own pace.

- Day 2
Campbell River to Knight Inlet Lodge
Head to the seaplane base early in the morning, with check-in starting at 8:15 am for your 9:00 am departure. The scenic flight takes you to Knight Inlet Lodge, located 60 kilometers up BC's longest fjord. You'll have lunch and dinner at the lodge, and depending on what time of year it is, you might see grizzly bears, whales, eagles, or seals from the water. In the evening, there are talks about the landscape and local nature.

Knight Inlet Lodge
You've got two full days to participate in wilderness activities with naturalists. Depending on the season, you can go bear watching, hiking, kayaking, whale watching, or wildlife tracking. Each evening, the lodge offers programs focused on the area's nature and wildlife.

Knight Inlet Lodge to Campbell River
After breakfast, you'll depart the lodge by seaplane around 10:30 am and arrive back in Campbell River by 11:15 am. Your main tour ends here, though you can arrange additional activities or extensions on your own if you'd like.
