    Hi Samuel Thank you for your post. We won't go into any detail here, but as you know, there were various different reasons that we asked you to leave the trip early. These followed specific events and more general issues over the weeks and months before you left, which had already resulted in a written warning as to future conduct. We never like to remove people from trips, and always do it as a last resort. However, in this situation we felt it was the right decision to ensure the good running of the remainder of the trip. As expressed to you privately, we remain sorry that we felt we had to do it, that you missed the final section, and that you did not like how we handled the process in the end. We did not provide you with the evidence you requested, as communications we receive from other travellers in the group need to remain confidential. We also gave you assurances that your concerns about one of the crew would be addressed during our post-trip review. Other travellers in the group were very happy with how he was running the trip, and we had no concerns about it continuing with him leading it. The trip has actually just ended today, and so that review will happen over the next couple of weeks. Again though, the details of it need to remain confidential. I do hope that you also look back on the trip with some positive memories of the adventures you had and places you visited along the way. Best wishes, Oasis Overland

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before August 7th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of $450 is required to confirm your booking with Oasis Overland. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 75 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Oasis Overland will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
