There is no single room with a french balcony available on a cruise departing on Aug 30th. We have only single cabins available on a cruise departing on Sept 6th, 2026. The total for a single cabin with a french balcony departing on Sept 6 is €1,180.00. The ship offers a diverse selection of drink packages, with prices ranging from 15 EUR to 60 EUR per person per night, depending on the type of beverages and frequency of consumption. We offer private transfer arrangements. The total rate for one way is 100 EUR. Feel free to dress comfortably and casually on board and during shore excursions. For evening deck visits, we recommend warmer clothing. Sturdy shoes are advisable for land excursions. When visiting the onboard restaurant, smart-casual attire is recommended. The first issue was finding the embarkation point. Our taxi could not find it and made us get out in the middle of...
The first issue was finding the embarkation point. Our taxi could not find it and made us get out in the middle of nowhere .There is another point north called Handelskai of the correct port .6.6 KMs away. We eventually found a young English speaking local who helped us get another taxi to the correct address.A bus pickup point in central Vienna would resolve this issue. I tried to advise this issue to Crucemundo but got no postive response. Similarly there was an issue at disembarkation point when the issue of getting our bags onsure was confusing . I had to ask a crew member to help out. Actually there was confusion throughout the Tour re various directions caused mainly I think to English speaking guests. Another issue was the seating arrangements through our own fault. We were seated at a table with two American couples . However they spoke Yiddish to each other which is foreign to us and ignored us. We were were moved at our request to another table by ourselves but this meant we never met anyone on the cruise to talk to. We presumed that there would be table rotation Overall the restaurant staff were great as was the cruise and our room.( except the Danish Group tour leader who thought he ran the boat and cruise and was rude to me re getting on our allocated bus for the first excursion.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 8th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 8th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Crucemundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 75 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Crucemundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Crucemundo" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
