Expected higher quality curated tours. Never received any emails regarding pickup/drop off locations and even thought the operator was aware of issue, never called me throughout the two weeks. Would never recommend this company again! The tour company did forget to book a tour which was hugely disappointing as we live across the other side of the world and my parents were really looking forward to it. We were given back our money back for the tour but not offered any compensation. I also looked at the tour prices and I don’t believe the money we were given back matched any of the tour prices, so we were given less money. Book at your own risk but given for most of us visiting Australia is a one in a lifetime opportunity you want to ensure booking with a company you know you can trust and if things go wrong will be fair.Show more
