Itinerary
- Day 1
Berlin
You'll arrive at Berlin Airport where your driver will be waiting for the transfer to your hotel. After settling in, spend the rest of the day getting a feel for the city on foot. Wander through different neighborhoods, check out what catches your eye, and grab dinner somewhere local. This first day is mainly about recovering from travel, so there's no pressure to do much beyond that.

- Day 2
Berlin
Start with a 2-hour guided walking tour covering Berlin's major sites like the Brandenburg Gate, the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, and sections of the Berlin Wall. You'll need to make your own way to the meeting point. Later, head to Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp where you can walk through the surviving buildings and monuments on your own. Getting to that location is also on you, whether by cab, public transit, or other means.

Berlin to Dresden
The train to Dresden gets you there with tickets already arranged, though you're handling your own way around the station and getting to your hotel by cab, tram, or metro. After you've checked in, take a self-guided walk through Dresden's Old Town. The baroque architecture here is something to see, especially considering how much of it was rebuilt after World War II. You'll get a real sense of how the city recovered.

- Day 4
Dresden
You'll take a full day trip out to Bastei Bridge, a 305-meter-high sandstone formation that's been carved by water erosion over millions of years. The bridge sits above the Elbe River and serves as the entry point to the Saxon Switzerland region. Train transfers between Dresden and Bastei are included, so that's handled for you.

Dresden to Prague

Prague
A local guide leads you on a 3-hour walking tour through Prague's key attractions, including the Rudolfinum and the Old Jewish Quarter. Later in the day, you'll board a 45-minute river cruise on the Vltava where you can relax and take in views of Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, the National Theatre, and other landmarks while the guide points things out.

Prague
You'll head to Prague Castle with skip-the-line tickets already arranged, but there's no guided tour included. Explore the whole complex on your own at whatever pace works for you, wandering through St. Vitus Cathedral, the Old Royal Palace, St. George's Basilica, and the charming Golden Lane with Daliborka Tower. You can stay until the castle closes for the day.

After you've checked in, take a self-guided walk through Munich's Old Town, or Altstadt. This medieval heart of Bavaria centers around Marienplatz, where the Neo-Gothic New Town Hall stands with its famous Glockenspiel.
