Guides were awesome full of knowledge and the organizer was a really big help!!. Beware of having to buy your own water on the tour! Yes not included which is ridiculous in 40+ degrees °c. Also you'll have to pay more for the major attractions, tips and more activities that's not Cleary specific. Upwards of 600usd. The itinerary was good but I recommend not doing all the activities if you want some chill time. There was that many temples and talking that we would either be up early or back extremely late. To the point they'd be waiting for us to eat at 9pm. But overall accommodation was good, people were friendly who worked for the tour. But you will get pestered non stop by locals and waiters for money. (We switched from horse transport to a minibus for the sake of the animals. Highly recommended. Many thanks again to our guide Islam!) I booked all the optional excursions and am very happy with them. Only the Nubian village was not my cup of tea, as you can tell that it is extremely geared towards tourists and crocodiles are kept in tiny aquariums/concrete tanks with no hiding places (supposedly out of tradition)... But this is not the responsibility of the tour operator/guide, just a note here for your planning of optional activities. Everything else is highly recommended! In summary, I would do the tour again at any time including all optional excursions (with the exception mentioned above) and recommend it to solo travelers as well as couples and families. I traveled alone, had a fantastic time together with a small group of five others and got great impressions of Egypt's culture. The variety between desert, city and the lush greenery along the Nile is perfect. Great tour with the best guides I could have imagined!Show more

Yes, it includes a transfer to the airport at the end of the tour. Regarding the Abu Simbel tour, it is an optional tour and the pick up starts at 04:00 am. The Abu Simbel tour will cost you 125 USD per person. We will prepare a boxed breakfast for you and the way to Abu Simbel Temple takes around 2 hours, the visit takes around 2 hours too then you will return to the cruise after you finish your visit.
