I have been with Tour Radar over 5 years with exceptional service until recently on a 7 day trip to Cabo San Lucas....
I have been with Tour Radar over 5 years with exceptional service until recently on a 7 day trip to Cabo San Lucas. The company handling our trip was BAMBA Travel. I was put up in a hotel 18 miles away from Cabo San Lucas for two nights. The hotel was supposed to be a 3 star, however, at best is was a 1 star. No hot water for 2 days, no ice, no pool as sated, no breakfast as stated. We spent approx. $200 in transportation cost to get back and forth from our vacation destination. Surprisingly, we NEVER saw a tour guide from the first day and until we departed Mexico. Our last excursion was change at the last minute to an alternate tour agency and consolidated us with a group that only spoke Spanish and neglected our personal safety as we had no instruction about boat safety or sea lions proximity, and rock formation safety. We simply got hand gestures and yelled at because they did not speak English. Vacation are supposed to be fun and memorable and we understand glitches can occur, however, a travel agency should be their to resolve, fix, or suggest other opportunities to tourist. We were never afforded anything until after the fact of our issues. My wife is infuriated with the service given by Bamba travel that we may find a better travel agency other than Tour radar. Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 10th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 10th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Bamba Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 90 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Bamba Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Bamba Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
