This review is about a 7-day river cruise, not a guided tour. The Moselle River is a scenic delight, with vineyard-covered hillsides, charming villages, castles and chateaux. Our boat was the A-Rosa Silva. About 180 passengers. All meals buffet style. We ate very well. The wines included in Premium all-inclusive were mediocre. We knew from a previous A-Rosa cruise that most passengers are German and non English speaking. We missed not having anyone to talk with other than one couple with whom we sometimes shared a table at meal times. The boat did not have very effective AC. The dining room could get pretty uncomfortable. We sometimes took our plates up on deck, and that was lovely. We learned to keep our cabin shades down and curtains closed during the day when we were on the sunny side.Show more

Waiter staff was excellent however for the commentary on tours was all in German with very little attempt to accommodate non German speaking nationalities. Even when a fire alarm went off Aton the early hours of the morning there was no English translation. Communication either A-Rosa before sailing was non exists as I filed requests on their website regarding tours which were not acknowledged by staff on board, they claimed they had received nothing. Even attempted to contact from Hotel Maritim with no answer on the phone number given to contact, I even had hotel reception make the call in case I had missed something on their website regarding recorded message however the same result, no answer. Will not recommend this company to anyone.Show more

  I need a cruise about 7 days long, roughly between the 7/4/24 and 14/4/24- although this can vary a day or two each way.

  I had a look and was unable to find 7 days long cruises from Cologne to Cologne within the 7th of April till 14th of April 2024 dates. We do have these cruises below for 6 days from Cologne to Cologne that would be available on the 2nd of April 2024 till the 7th of April 2024 if you are flexible on your dates. If you are flexible on your destinations, let us know and we will try to find you other cruise recommendations that could have availability within your dates.
