    Waiter staff was excellent however for the commentary on tours was all in German with very little attempt to accommodate non German speaking nationalities. Even when a fire alarm went off Aton the early hours of the morning there was no English translation. Communication either A-Rosa before sailing was non exists as I filed requests on their website regarding tours which were not acknowledged by staff on board, they claimed they had received nothing. Even attempted to contact from Hotel Maritim with no answer on the phone number given to contact, I even had hotel reception make the call in case I had missed something on their website regarding recorded message however the same result, no answer. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
