Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate passengers who require the use of a wheelchair, including electric wheelchairs, on our organized tours. While we understand that you are generally able to walk and only use the wheelchair for longer distances, the nature of this particular tour involves considerable walking, exploration, and movement over uneven and sometimes challenging terrain. Because of these conditions, we cannot safely accommodate a wheelchair or guarantee that a passenger who requires one for portions of the tour will be able to participate comfortably and safely. This policy applies to all of our organized tours of this type. If you are able to walk and travel without the wheelchair and be able to follow the group throughout the day (full day excursions), then we would be able to accommodate.

The tours typically begin around 8am. This package is rated 2 out of 5 regarding physical activity therefore, there is a lot of walking however, it is not anything too strenuous.

Can you kindly let me know what the deposit would be and when it would be due?

The deposit required to secure your spot is 10% of the total trip cost. The final payment is due 60 days before the trip start date.

I have a group of at least 5. Is there a further discount that would help me get everyone to book? Our budget is about $2,500 US dollars?

The actual tour was wonderful. The hotels were fine, except the one in Oban-not clean. The excursions in the different locations were very enjoyable and interesting. Our guide,Ali, was fantastic- so knowledgeable and very sweet. I have major issues with the airport transfers for 2 of my family members who were never picked up at the airport on the day of arrival and had to take a taxi. I AM STILL WAITNG FOR MY REIMBURSEMENT AND AM BEING PUT “THROUGH THE WRINGER” to get satisfaction and my money. Up until Monday morning before our departure you still had our airport transfers back to the airport on Tuesday wrong despite several emails correcting them. Finally our guide got involved and corrected everything. I think I sent 4 or 5 emails to correct, not the way I expected to enjoy my vacation. This is why I gave you a rating of 3. All my correspondence through the Messages prior to the trip were very clear and correct. I don’t know why everything was screwed up!Show more

  Unfortunately, even with a walker, this tour can be extremely challenging due to the uneven terrain and walking conditions. Passengers joining this trip should not have any mobility issues, as the terrain can make the experience difficult and may prevent them from fully enjoying the tour. For your comfort and safety, we would not recommend this tour if you require a walker or have mobility limitations.
