- Day 1
London to Dublin
Your journey starts at London Euston Station where you'll catch the 09:02 train through England and along the North Wales coast. The ride to Holyhead takes 3 hours 40 minutes, and from there it's a short bus transfer to the Irish Ferries Ulysses. You'll spend 3 hours 15 minutes on the ferry crossing to Dublin, arriving at 17:25. After landing, a transfer takes you straight to your hotel in the city centre.

Dublin

You can get on and off whenever something catches your interest throughout the day.

- Day 3
Giant's Causeway - Dublin
Head to Connolly Station early for the 06:50 train to Belfast, arriving at 09:08. A coach then takes you on the Causeway Coastal Route where you'll see the Harland & Wolfe Cranes known as Samson and Goliath, drive through coastal villages like Glenariff, Cushendall, and Cushendun, and stop at Dunluce Castle for photos. You'll spend about 2 hours at the Giant's Causeway UNESCO World Heritage site before returning to Dublin, pulling into Connolly Station around 22:08 (or 20:15 from November to February).

Dublin to London
Your Railtours Ireland host arranges a transfer to Dublin ferry port. The Irish Ferries Ulysses departs at 08:05, getting you to Holyhead by 11:30. From there, you'll board a train leaving at 12:38 that takes you back to London Euston Station, arriving at 16:38 (or 16:44 on Sundays if the route includes a stop at Crewe).
