  It is the worst cruise experience. it is not 5 stars definitely. I would not recommed. They claim 5 star rating but the cruise is 2 stars. We checked out after check in. Do not use this site to book cruises and at least not in Egypt. We were charged almost $1,700 for 3 nights and 4 days of cruise. The pick up from airport was in a junky car and I didn't have leg room to even stretch my legs and cruise ship rooms were filthy, dingy, curtains would not close and the beds were so small I barely would fit. When we checked out early because we were unappy, I was made to wait before checkout to speak to a manager who tried to get me to sign a letter that was pre-printed that we were happy and had no complains with the cruise ship, which means this happens a lot. The agent from Tour radar sent me a message saying that it was 5 stars rated by Egyptian tourism, which is false because we have stayed at many other hotels in Egypt that were actually 5 stars rated. They are lying and misrepresenting. We canceled and disputed the charges with our credit card companyShow more

I only wanted to highlight to future travellers that these itineraries only provide for to and fro taxi travel, which was different to my expectations; however, the fine print does warn you...   It was a good experience. We loved the Nile cruise was very nice luxury, clean delicious buffet .We had an amazing experience on th is tour! The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the history come alive with fascinating stories. The organization was seamless, and we had plenty of time at each site. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting. My tip for future travelers is to wear comfortable shoes and bring a hat, as it can get quite hot during the dayShow more

The service and food was really good. Our tour guides was excellent and friendly, knowledgeable and informative without over loading us . helped us understand the images and sites.   The staff on the cruise were great but the boat itself was tired and dirty. At best this was three star. The food was institutional and was only useful in taking away our hunger. We arrived thinking we would experience 5 star food and drink. Tries several bottles of wine that were off and resorted to beer and gin and tonic as there was no drinkable wine on the boat. The tours were okay but there was little information about what was going on or how long things would take. People need to be kept informed.
