I was very disappointed with the organisation of the tour I booked for my holiday to Luxor (Ref Jan 17th- Jan 21st) and the promised pick-ups. The pick-ups were so badly organised it meant that we: Were left waiting at Luxor Airport for nearly an hour for the promised taxi pick-up, which didn't show up and we had to hire, and pay for, another taxi Waited a long time for the taxi from the hotel to the boat Waited for over an hour for the transport to take us to the Valley of Kings. This shortened our visit to the Valley of the Queens (20 mins) and other sights etc., which was the main purpose of our trip, not to traipse around an alabaster works, which was not on the itinerary we received. We booked the Me Nour tour very specifically to see the ancient temples etc but we didn't get what we had paid for! This holiday has been over a year in the planning and I am still upset and disappointed that I wasn't able to spend the time at the temples. I feel some compensation is in order for the added costs and the inconvenience. I await your response.Show more

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 40 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
