Our system is set up to automatically collect the remaining balance on the final payment due date of your booking. However, if you'd prefer to make payments in instalments or pay off your balance earlier, you can do so at any time through your TourRadar Member Account. Simply follow these steps: 1. Log in to your TourRadar Member Account. 2. Go to Manage Bookings and select the adventure you'd like to make a payment towards. 3. In your booking conversation, scroll down to the Flexible Payment section on the right-hand side and click Add Payment. 4. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount you'd like to pay, and click Pay Now to complete your payment. If you haven't booked your adventure yet, you can secure your spot with a deposit (where available) and enjoy the flexibility of making additional payments before the final balance is due.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 8th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 8th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with SKR Reisen. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- The following cards are accepted for "SKR Reisen" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
