Itinerary
- Day 1
Dublin to Bray
You'll arrive in Dublin and pick up your rental car, then drive south to Bray. This seaside resort gives you options for the afternoon - walk along the promenade or hike up Bray Head where you get cliff views and the Atlantic stretched out below you. The whole drive takes about 45 minutes from Dublin, so you'll have decent time to settle in once you arrive.

- Day 2
Bray (Dublin or Wicklow Mountains)
Today splits into two possible routes depending on what appeals to you. Head back to Dublin to walk Grafton Street and check out The Temple Bar, or go the other direction into the Wicklow Mountains instead. If you choose the mountains, take the Military Road down to Glendalough where there's an old monastery complex tucked between steep slopes - it's a solid half-day drive from Bray with good hiking around the area.

Wicklow/Bray to Cork
Drive southwest and stop at the Rock of Cashel on your way, where ruins sit on top of a rocky hilltop and you get views across the plains. Keep going to Cork where you'll wander through the English Market with its brick building and narrow cobblestone paths. Grab dinner at a local pub and settle in for the night - this drive's roughly three hours from Bray.

- Day 4
Cork to Killarney National Park
Head to Killarney National Park for the day. You can hike past the rose gardens at Muckross House over to Torc Waterfall, or walk around Ross Castle which overlooks the lake. The park has lakes and waterfalls throughout, and there's good trails for different fitness levels. You'll sleep in a glamping tent right next to the park, so you're positioned well for early morning activities.

- Day 5
Ring of Kerry
Start early to catch the sunrise from your tent location. Then drive the Ring of Kerry, one of the country's famous scenic routes - you'll pass Ladies' View or head through the Gap of Dunloe mountain pass depending on which direction you take. Later, you'll follow part of the Wild Atlantic Way with jagged rocks along the shore, stone walls running through fields, and sheep grazing on the hillsides. It's a long day of driving but the scenery makes up for it.

- Day 6
Ring of Kerry to Limerick
Stop in Dingle for fresh seafood and time in the colorful harbor. Drive the Slea Head Drive for more sea views and golden beaches, including Dunquin Pier if you want to stop for photos. After that, cross the Connor Pass and head toward Limerick - check out the Milk Market for local food and browse King John's Castle with its medieval walls and views over the city. Budget about four hours for driving today.

Limerick
This is your last day in Ireland, so you can either do a final tour of Limerick hitting spots you missed or revisiting places you liked. Grab coffee or lunch at a café you've found during the trip. Then head to the airport for your departure - timing depends on your flight, but allow roughly an hour from central Limerick to the airport.
