- Day 1
Casablanca
You'll arrive in Casablanca and head to your hotel to settle in. From there, walk through United Nations Place and Mohamed V Square to get a feel for the city's history. Stop by the Central Market and the Habous Quarter, where you can see the Royal Palace and Hassan II Mosque. Grab dinner at Rick's Cafe by the marina, a spot with great views and local character.

- Day 2
Casablanca to Chefchaouen
After breakfast, you're driving to Chefchaouen, the Blue City. The route takes you through Rabat, Morocco's royal capital, and then Asilah, a seaside town known for its colorful murals. You'll arrive in Chefchaouen in the late afternoon and can settle into your room. Spend your evening wandering the medina's blue-washed streets or catching the sunset from one of the viewpoints around town.

- Day 3
Chefchaouen
Start early with breakfast, then hike to Akchour waterfalls with a local guide through forested terrain, a trek that takes about 3-4 hours. You'll head back to Chefchaouen for lunch in the medina. In the afternoon, take a 2-hour city tour tailored to what interests you. The evening is yours to do as you like around town.

- Day 4
Chefchaouen to Fes
Rise early to explore Volubilis, a UNESCO site with some of Morocco's best-preserved Roman ruins, including merchant homes, temples, and colorful mosaics. In the afternoon, drive to Fes, the country's spiritual capital. Once there, check out the three main areas: Fes el-Bali, Fes el-Jdid, and Ville Nouvelle to get oriented to the city.

- Day 5
Fes
Your guide leads a 6-hour tour starting at the Royal Palace gates and the Jewish quarter, with views from ruined hilltop forts. You'll visit the pottery quarter to see artisans at work creating blue pottery and tiled mosaics. Then walk through the medieval medina's winding streets, where you'll find tanneries, mosques, medresasas, and local craftspeople. Later, you have time to explore on your own and choose where to eat.

Fes to Merzouga
After breakfast, drive toward Merzouga with optional stops to see Barbary Apes or check out Azrou and Ifrane (called the Switzerland of Morocco) or Erfoud to learn about nomadic culture. Once in Merzouga, get oriented on camel riding and equipment, then ride to a viewpoint for sunset. Head to your desert camp for dinner, settle into your tent with a comfortable bed and private bathroom, and listen to local musicians performing outside.

- Day 7
Merzouga to Todra Gorges
Wake early to catch sunrise and have morning coffee or tea in the desert, then eat breakfast. Drive to Khamleya village for traditional music, drumming, and dancing. Continue to the Rissani market, then drive through desert landscape with buttes, mesas, and plateaus toward Tinerhir and its viewpoints. End your day at Todra Gorges, a series of limestone canyons carved by rivers in the High Atlas. Stay near the gorge and have a traditional dinner.

- Day 8
Todra Gorges to Ait Benhaddou
Drive to Ouarzazate, a desert hub in a valley at the foot of the Atlas Mountains, and visit a 19th-century palace and a film museum. Continue to Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO site with a fortified settlement that looks like an 11th-century caravanserai (you've probably seen it in films like Lawrence of Arabia and Game of Thrones). Walk to the top of the Kasbah to watch the sunset.

- Day 9
Ait Benhaddou to Marrakech
Drive over the Atlas Mountains via Tizi N'Tichka, the highest pass, with stops at Berber villages and photo opportunities. You'll arrive in Marrakech by afternoon, the Red City and Morocco's imperial capital of the south. Get settled, then visit a traditional hammam (bathhouse) for a body scrub with black olive-oil soap and Savon beldi. After returning to your accommodation for dinner, head to Djemaa-el-Fna Square at night when it transforms into an open-air restaurant.

Meet your private guide for a walking excursion through forests and hills, then have a traditional lunch in a Berber house. In the afternoon, continue hiking through small villages in the valley before returning to Imlil for an easy evening and dinner.
