On the last day of the tour, you will check out at 12 pm. Transfer to the airport for departure flight is included.
- When and where does the tour start?
On Day 1 of the tour, you will arrive at Noi Bai Airport, where you will be picked up and transferred to the Flower Hotel. You can check-in from 2 pm, however, you can arrive anytime on Day 1 as it is an arrivals day. Be aware that the hotel is subject to change until the final documents are released.
- Do you arrange airport transfers?
Airport transfers are included in the tour price.
- Is there a hotel list available?
All accommodations are subject to change until 4-6 weeks before the departure date. After the booking is made you will be issued your final trip documents with your specific accommodation details. This is a list of hotels that they typically stay at, but please be advised that they are subject to change:

Hoi An Express can assist you in providing you with the visa pre-approval letter allowing you to travel and obtain your visa upon arrival, at the Landing Visa Office at Noi Bai International Airport in Ha Noi or Tan San Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City.

Upgrading the transportation on the tour should not be a problem, please contact us so we can request this for you.
- What is the age range?
The age range for this tour is from 1 to 80 year old. The average age is usually from 18 - 70 years old.
- I'm a Vegetarian, do you have dietary options that can cater?
If you have any dietary requirements such as vegetarian, gluten-free etc please let us know once you make a booking and we can request this for you with Hoi An Express before you depart on your tour.
- What deposit do you have to pay and how far in advance do you need to pay the final balance?
The deposit amount and final balance due date vary depending on the departure date you select however you will be able to see this information on the 'Book Now' page once you have selected the departure date you are interested in.
Generally, a deposit is due at time of booking and the final balance is usually charged 60 days prior to your tour departure date
