Can we get off the tour on day 5 instead of going back to Dublin because we have a wedding in dingle on Monday July 15

  We want to do a tour to see as much as possible but are trying to avoid renting a car. May be looking for something that starts and ends in Shannon.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
