- Day 1
Malaga
You'll meet the Eat Sleep Cycle team in central Malaga to unpack and get your bikes ready for the week ahead. The day kicks off with a 45-km warm-up ride heading out from the city, and you'll tackle El Puerto del Leon as your first climb. There's time to stop at a local bar or restaurant along the route for lunch, then you'll head back into the city for dinner at one of Malaga's better restaurants.

- Day 2
Álora
Start with breakfast at the hotel buffet, then you'll transfer to Álora for a day centered around El Chorro. The main event is riding through the area and walking the Caminito del Rey, a narrow walkway clinging to the steep gorge walls above the El Chorro canyon. After that you'll grab lunch somewhere along the route and return to Malaga for dinner at one of the local spots.

Comares
Today covers some of Malaga's best terrain with coastal routes mixed in with winding mountain paths running between mango and avocado farms. You'll ride toward Comares, where the summit offers views out over the Montes de Malaga and toward the coast. Breakfast comes from the hotel buffet, lunch happens en route, and dinner brings you back to one of Malaga's better restaurants.

El Torcal de Antequera
You'll transfer just outside the city to start riding toward El Torcal de Antequera. This natural park contains rock formations thousands of years old that used to sit on an ancient seabed. It's a climbing day but the landscape makes every pedal stroke worthwhile. The hotel provides breakfast, lunch comes from a stop en route, and dinner is at one of Malaga's restaurants.

Your final cycling day tackles El Puerto del Sol, a classic climb that shows up regularly in the Vuelta a Andalucía race. Beginning in Alfarnate, the route winds south over the rolling Andalucian landscape and gradually leads back toward Malaga and the coast. You'll have breakfast at the hotel, lunch somewhere along the way, and a celebratory final dinner at one of Malaga's better restaurants.
