  We booked our trek on the Kilimanjaro Rongai route with Tanzania Wildlife Adventures, and it stands out as one of the most rewarding activities we have ever done together. The experience was incredible, thanks to the exceptional crew that provided us with outstanding support throughout our trek. Thank you, Lema, Ibra, and the team. The equipment supplied, including tents, sleeping bags, oxygen bottles, a first aid kit, and plenty of snacks, was of high quality. The meals were abundant and delicious, and we appreciate cook Marcus for his excellent work. We both successfully reached Uhuru Peak, and we attribute our achievement to the fantastic crew and the careful preparation by our hosts.Show more

The team from Tanzania Wildlife Adventures looked after us excellently; they had a member of staff waiting for us at the airport and from there it was first class treatment. They assigned us to very skilled guides who kept us safe and comfortable, thereby making our time on the mountain unforgettable. The food was exceptionally delicious, and we enjoyed it despite the altitude reducing our appetite. I am extremely grateful to our crew led by Yesse Lema for the excellent trek! We were part of a group of three other climbers who joined us for the trek to the summit and back to Moshi. We had three guides - Lema, Jasper, and Curtis, who were instrumental in making our trek a success. Their knowledge, support, and dedication ensured our safety, comfort, and motivation throughout the journey. I must also praise the Chef for consistently preparing excellent meals. As we hiked along the Rongai trail, we were treated to stunning scenic views, and upon reaching the summit, we were filled with overwhelming emotions and joy. We couldn't have achieved this without the support of Tanzania Wildlife Adventures.Show more

  We have just completed the 7-day Rongai trek with Tanzania Wildlife Adventures, and the experience has been exceptional. Our guide Clinton enriched our trek with genuine attention, humor, and deep knowledge of Kilimanjaro, which he shared passionately. With him, we felt that we were in safe hands and that nothing bad would happen to us. I also want to commend Juma, his able assistant, who is also an exceptional guide. Chef Isaiah surprised us every day with delicious meals, and the portions were generous. It has been a unique and unforgettable experience, crowned with the successful summit at Uhuru Peak, which was simply spectacular and unforgettable. We hope to return to Tanzania for another adventure, and it will be with Tanzania Wildlife Adventures, who made this adventure possible.Show more

  This is the most memorable trekking experience we have ever had as a couple. Every aspect of the trek was perfectly organized; from the moment we started our trek to the day we summited and the day we came down. We had an amazing crew who went out of their way to give us the best attention and ensured that we were safe and comfortable at all times. The cook made sure that we were well-fed with meals that were very delicious. We appreciate the luxuries afforded in the tough terrain which were only possible through the efforts of our crew led by senior guide Clinton. For those who are considering going up Kilimanjaro, I cannot recommend Tanzania Wildlife Adventures enough!Show more

  This is one of the best experiences of my life as we had an incredible time on Kilimanjaro with Tanzania Wildlife Adventures. Our guides on the private trek were Musa and Henry, and they did an incomparable job of getting us to the summit safely. The Rongai route is better sheltered from the elements and had incredible panoramic views of the lands down below, which were so beautiful. The trek is not easy, and particularly the summit night was the toughest. Our guides stayed close and helped us push to the summit. They took our safety and comfort very seriously, and at no time did we feel that our lives were in danger. It was tough but perfect and definitely worth the pain and tears it took to reach the summit.Show more

  The trek up Kilimanjaro was amazing experience. The trail sight tough but filled with beautiful sights of the everchanging habitats. There were little numbers of monkeys and some other small mammals like squirrels in the lower forested levels. Everything from the food, lodgings in tents and support from the crew had been included in the fee and we only had to pay for the tips for our crew and some other expenses for wine and some drinks we had at the bar back in Moshi. included in the tour purchase price. We definitely enjoyed the trek despite the tough conditions. We had good food, good tents and great company from the crew. All in all we have everything to thank guide Clinton an the entire Tanzania Wildlife Adventures team for an amazing trip.Show more
