Dear Lopa, Warm greetings, and thank you so much for sharing your wonderful review. We are delighted to hear that your Silk Road journey across Central Asia was seamless and memorable, from airport pickup to drop-off, and that all the guides and drivers contributed to making your experience special. It is always our goal to go beyond the standard tour, and we are glad that the support with vegetarian food, transfers, and flexible options during free time added to your comfort. Central Asia truly offers a wealth of history, architecture, landscapes, and warm hospitality, and we are honored that your 30th anniversary celebration became one of your most memorable experiences with us. Your kind words will inspire future travelers and encourage them to explore this region with confidence. Thank you again for trusting us with your journey. We look forward to welcoming you back whenever you wish to discover more. Warm regards, Islom Salimov Private Travel Manager | Pilgrim Travel

Dear Jeffrey, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience traveling through the five Stans with us - Pilgrim Travel. We’re truly honored to have had the opportunity to organize such a multi-country journey for you and your group. We’re glad to hear that the coordination across borders went smoothly and that our team of guides and drivers was able to support your journey professionally. Managing eight guides and drivers across five countries is no small task, and your recognition of that effort means a lot to us. Regarding your comment about having long free periods after hotel check-outs: we completely understand how this may feel inconvenient, especially on days with later departures. However, this is often due to the limited availability of flights or trains between destinations. In many cases, such gaps are actually appreciated by travelers who prefer some unstructured time to explore independently or relax before continuing their journey. That said, we also understand that every traveler has different preferences. For those who prefer more comfort during such intervals, we do offer early check-in or late check-out options for an additional cost, allowing guests to freshen up and unwind before departure. Your suggestion for a dedicated “anchor” place is a great one, and we will definitely take it into account as we continue improving our itineraries. For larger groups, we also provide the option of a full-time guide—another extra feature that can be added upon request. As for the frequent hotel changes, it’s true that in order to visit over ten cities, as well as towns and villages, within just 14 days, regular travel is necessary. However, we understand that a slower pace might be more enjoyable for some. That’s why we’re currently developing alternative versions of this trip: one more relaxed itinerary spanning 20+ days, and others focusing on just 2–3 countries, allowing for deeper immersion and less frequent movement. Once again, thank you for your insights and for traveling with us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another adventure, whether it's a slower-paced journey or a focused trip through one or two countries. We're always here to tailor the experience to your needs. Warm regards, Islom Salimov Private Travel Manager, Pilgrim Travel
