Itinerary
- Day 1
Marrakech to Ouarzazate
Your driver picks you up from your Marrakech accommodation and you'll head through the High Atlas Mountains, passing over the Tizi N Tichka pass. After that, you get a guided walk through the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site with its traditional clay buildings stacked along the hillside. From there, it's on to Ouarzazate for your first night, so you'll have time to settle in and get oriented.

- Day 2
Ouarzazate to Merzouga
After breakfast, the drive takes you through Draa Valley and into the Anti Atlas Mountains where you'll see volcanic rock formations. You'll pass through Agdez and Tamnougalt, then continue to Nkob and Rissani, where the traditional market gives you a real sense of local life. By afternoon you reach Erg Chebbi Sahara desert and head out on a camel trek to catch the sunset. Later at the desert camp, you'll have dinner followed by Berber drum music and a campfire gathering.

- Day 3
Merzouga
Wake early to see sunrise over the sand dunes, then grab breakfast before a camel ride back to the pickup area. During the day you'll walk through nearby villages like Hassi Labied and Khamlia village, where Gnawa music is part of the local culture. You can also visit the abandoned lead mining town of Mefes and spend time with a nomad family at the dunes' edge. By evening there's time to relax at your camp or catch another sunset before nightfall.

Merzouga to Dades
After breakfast you head back from the desert with a stop in Erfoud to check out fossilized rocks and see how local manufacturers work. Then you make your way to Todra Gorges where the canyons are really something to see, and you'll take a casual walk around the area. You'll reach your hotel in Dades Valley in time for the evening.

Dades to Marrakech
After breakfast in Dades, the drive back to Marrakech takes you through Kelaa Mgouna, known for rose production, and through Skoura's palmary. You'll pass by Ouarzazate and revisit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou once more, then cross back over the High Atlas Mountains via the Tichka pass. By late afternoon or evening you arrive back at your accommodation in Marrakech.
