For any cancellations, if you were to cancel the booking outside of 60 days before travel, we would issue a rolling deposit voucher, to the value of the deposit only, that can be used as the deposit towards a new booking. We would issue a refund for any payments, less the deposit, if the cancellation was outside of 60 days. If cancellation is within 60 but outside of the 30 days, there would be 50% cancellation fee. And if cancellation was within 30days of departure it would be 100% cancellation fees. For the payments we need the deposit to confirm the booking, within 7 days of holding the space. Final payment is then due 60 days prior to departure.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 11th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 11th, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Blue-Roads Touring. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Blue-Roads Touring will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Blue-Roads Touring" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
