We would issue a refund for any payments, less the deposit, if the cancellation was outside of 60 days. If cancellation is within 60 but outside of the 30 days, there would be 50% cancellation fee. And if cancellation was within 30days of departure it would be 100% cancellation fees. For the payments we need the deposit to confirm the booking, within 7 days of holding the space. Final payment is then due 60 days prior to departure.
