Firstly, we cannot finalise all your tickets until everything is booked and in place - some dont become available until a few weeks before you depart. This is the reason you only received them 1 month before you departed. All our instructions on everything were set out on the email sent when finalising the trip. I appreciate there is a lot of info here and whilst i appreciate it can be overwhelming we also need to ensure it is accurate - therefore it carries a lot of info and detail -particularly around the difference in your rail pass & seat reservations and I know this caused some confusion. Re the issue on the Rome train, we dont appear to have received any instruction / detail re your flight as this is not part of our package, so it was booked for mid-day. I am sorry that this was an inconvenient time for you but as we had not been notified either before or after it was issued we had no way to change / provide an alternate slot.Show more
