  I would highly recommend this tour group in visiting Italy. The operator we worked with Yvonne was wonderful. She answered all of our questions very quickly, helped in making special celiac arrangements for the tours involving food for our family member, and was quick to reschedule a tour when our flight was delayed arriving. Thank you Yvonne for all of your assistance in making our vacation wonderful! I also want to give a BIG shout out to the tour guides that helped us on our day in Tuscany! They were so enthusiastic, helpful & knowledgeable! They are a true asset to your company in making vacationers feel comfortable and excited to enjoy Tuscany & all of the stops!   Overall tour offered was quite good and hotel was comfortable and in a nice location. A couple of the individual tours may need to be reviewed as well as the tour advertising on your site as what is advertised and what happens can vary markedly (this extends to a number of your advertised tours). Duomo and Uffuzi tours were back-to-back which left us minimal time for a break and freshen up. Also, the advertised meeting point was incorrect and the tour operator advised they have noted this with your firm previously - this nearly caused us to miss our first tour. The Tuscany tour mainly left us to our own devices for the day in three different towns - a walking tour in Siena lasted less than 1 hour, and the wine tasting was simply that. No involvement or explanations on how they produce the wine or tour of the plant, purely a tasting of overpriced wine. Your tour structure is great with something interesting to do each day but a review of these tours and the operators might prove beneficial. Timing of individual tours on the same day may need to be reviewed as well to ensure there is some time between each.Show more

  Hi Leasah, thank you so much for your feedback. Please note I rechecked the experiences the day before and our local supplier never communicated a different location than usual. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but due to the error on our supplier’s side, they would have waited for you, and you would not have missed it anyway.   This tour was convenient as it covered the Duomo and the main art museums of Florence. The hotel was convenient and comfortable and included a substantial buffet breakfast. The guides were knowledgable and spoke good English. Florence was particularly busy at this time and being on a tour like this was a good choice.Show more

  Great trip! The organizer worked with our arrival schedule to make first attraction timing to meet less stressful - appreciated that. The private tours of the Uffizi and Accademia Galleries were super - the guides were knowledgeable and open to any question. The day trip to Tuscany was memorable - the free time at Monteriggioni castle town on the hill and San Gimignano allowed us to explore on our own. The wine (and incredible tasting balsamic vinegar) tasing event at Poggio ai Laghi also in Monteriggioni was a superb and fun event. The presenter was both knowledgeable and entertaining. Well worth the trip!!Show more

  The hotel was nice. There were several confusions with the guided tours. We were booked with the Spanish-speaking group originally and I’m not really sure how that happened when I didn’t specify anything on the language choice other than English. We weren’t able to visit the Uffizi which was a bummer but got the refund in a timely manner. As per Ciao Florence, our day trip was switched to another day in their schedule but I was not informed. It was a good thing we got to the meeting place early and somebody didn’t show up for the day trip at the last minute so my husband and I were able to join the day trip tour (Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Chianti wine tasting). Otherwise, we would have missed that one as well. I didn’t know there were different vendors involved for the tours and day trip. I thought TUI Italia was going to provide one TUI Italia tour guide like a standard tour company. Instead, there were Ciao Florence and Florence Tours (I think…) that were third-party vendors. So there’s Tour Radar, then TUI Italia, then third-party vendors. I’m not sure if this is how other your companies operate so I just went with it. It was ok, over all.Show more
