You'll arrive in Vancouver and get settled into the city that's consistently ranked among the world's most livable places. This evening, you'll meet your Travel Director and the rest of the group for a welcome dinner to kick things off.

Vancouver to Vancouver Island - Victoria
Start with a morning tour through Vancouver's historic Chinatown and Gastown neighbourhoods with your Travel Director. After that, you'll board a ferry to Vancouver Island where you'll tour a family-owned ciderhouse and taste local ciders with orchard views before heading on to Victoria.

Victoria
Grab breakfast at Butchart Gardens before it opens, then wander through the 55-acre showcase of floral gardens at your own pace before the crowds arrive. Spend the rest of your day exploring Victoria's walkable downtown, getting fish and chips, trying high tea, or checking out the Inner Harbour and Parliament Buildings. If it interests you, there's an optional whale watching cruise to spot orca, humpback whales, bald eagles, porpoises and seals.

Check out the vivid murals of Chemainus, a community-driven art experience that started back in 1981. Later, you'll board a ferry and drive the scenic Sea-to-Sky Highway, then take the Sea-to-Sky Gondola up to Summit Lodge for views of the coastal mountains and panoramic vistas.

You'll head to the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre for a Make Travel Matter Experience where Aboriginal Ambassadors share their own stories and first-hand cultural experiences. You'll learn about First Nations cultures and the traditional way of life of the original inhabitants while exploring artifacts and contemporary pieces. Lunch is included at the centre, and the rest of the day is yours to spend however you'd like.

You'll travel toward Sun Peaks, taking in views of Seton Lake and the snow-capped mountains around it. Dinner is at a local restaurant this evening.

You'll drive through Glacier National Park and Yoho National Park on your way to Banff, experiencing Canada's highest suspension bridge at the Golden Skybridge. There's canyon ridge walking trails with sweeping views of the Columbia Valley and the Rocky and Purcell mountain ranges. You'll overnight in Banff National Park.

Your morning is free, so you might take an optional gondola ride or explore on your own. Later in the morning, your Travel Director will give you an orientation tour of Banff National Park. This evening, you'll meet a retired Canadian Mountie in traditional red serge uniform who'll share stories about their history before you have dinner together.

Banff to Jasper
Take a lakeside walk at Lake Louise with its turquoise waters and Victoria Glacier in the background. After that, you'll drive along the Icefields Parkway to Jasper, passing pristine wilderness, rocky mountain peaks, waterfalls, and ancient glaciers.

Jasper
You'll board a narrated cruise on Maligne Lake (seasonal) with a stop at Spirit Island, learning about the geology, wildlife, and history of this alpine destination. Later, you'll join Matricia Bauer for a Be My Guest experience on traditional First Nations land where you'll learn about curated drink bitters made from foraged ingredients and hear stories over dinner.
