  One more question is that we try to book a return flight (departure time at 3:30PM) on the last day (Day-6) of the tour, do you think we can catch up the flight in time? It is unclear where we will stay in the night of Day-5, in a hotel of Panama City or outside Panama City?

  You will always be staying in the same hotel in Panama City throughout the program. All activities are organized as day trips, so you will return to the hotel every evening. On the last day (Day 6), you will have no problem catching your return flight at 3:30 PM. The schedule allows enough time to be at the airport comfortably.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 28th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 28th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with BM Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and BM Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
