Lauvnes
Over four days, you'll photograph sea eagles in the fjords off Lauvnes with guide Ole Martin Dahle, who was born in the village and knows the eagles well. Each morning and evening (if weather cooperates), you'll take a 2.5-hour boat trip to spot eagles hunting for fish. The area has around 25 pairs of eagles with roughly 30-40 landings daily, so photography chances are solid. When you're not on the water, you can use forest hides to photograph squirrels and songbirds, or look for moose at dusk in the meadows. You'll also see seagulls, Arctic terns, skuas, and black guillemots. The schedule shifts based on sun, weather, and wind, and you get a lunch break to rest during the day. Back at Ole's guesthouse, you'll review and talk through your photos.
