Carol· October 23rd, 2025Gaia our guide was wonderful . She was funny and very knowledgeable. I was thankful to be in a smaller group. The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel clean. I enjoyed drinks on the terrace. The hiking routes and accommodation was enjoyable. However, I couldn’t get a very clear answer from Tourradar when I enquired about the travel insurance I purchased. I tried a few times to obtain the information to give our guide and ended up spending another $180 on more insurance. Not sure I will use Tourradar again.Show more

Tips for the beginner tour walker: do some shape-up before the trip of up & down stairs as there is many on your walks also don't skip the hiking boots! For long flight traveler see if you can get in the country before the trip start as the time change messes with you and you want to be ready! Asked on May 15th, 2024I was about to book this trip but i have some questions. I was about to book the 1 to 8 june trip but I am confuse about the arrival at the airport. My plan was to go to rome for a few days and take a train directly to the airport of Naples to start the journey of the trip that you offer and not directly by getting off the plane and go to the bus like in the trip details. I am seeing that you guys offer two buses (12:45 pm and and one at 6:35 pm). My question is; is it possible to take the bus either at 12:45 pm or 6:35 pm by entering only the airport by outside and follow theses instruction?

We offer two complimentary transfers from the airport to our hotel. The first will be at 12.45pm (to join this one, your flight should arrive no later than 12.15pm), and the second is at 7pm (to join this one, your flight should arrive no later than 6.35pm). After clearing immigration head to the 'Welcome Area' kiosk in the arrivals hall where your driver will meet you holding an Explore signboard.
