I have a question around the cancellation policy around this tour. I'm thinking of booking a December 2026 trip however because it's so far away, there's a chance I may need to change/cancel. On GAdventures website, it's a $350 deposit which turns into a lifetime credit; on here, it's a 20% deposit but if I were to cancel, the amount (~$700) is forfeited? Can you please confirm what the cancellation rules are booking through TourRadar?

  Late September to early October is an excellent time for this itinerary. The monsoon is coming to an end, temperatures are generally pleasant, and visibility for mountain scenery is often very good. October and November are considered some of the best months to visit India, Nepal and Bhutan. If your dates are flexible, this period is highly recommended.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 3rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 3rd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
