I have a question around the cancellation policy around this tour. I'm thinking of booking a December 2026 trip however because it's so far away, there's a chance I may need to change/cancel. On GAdventures website, it's a $350 deposit which turns into a lifetime credit; on here, it's a 20% deposit but if I were to cancel, the amount (~$700) is forfeited? The monsoon is coming to an end, temperatures are generally pleasant, and visibility for mountain scenery is often very good. October and November are considered some of the best months to visit India, Nepal and Bhutan. If your dates are flexible, this period is highly recommended.
