The host and driver in Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai were AMAZING! Unfortunately, in Phuket, we never met our host face to face, had different drivers for pick up and drop off and in Phuket the driver and helper talked amongst each other loudly for the drop off to the airport. The helper for the Phuket airport drop off asked if we wanted assistance in airport, but didn't really assist and led us in the wrong direction for security. Overall the professional just wasn't there for the Phuket part of the trip, but the hotel we stayed at was wonderful.Show more

I found the local hosts to be extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately I didn't get to know Senai in Bangkok as I wasn't feeling well those days and didn't go out on the city tours with him and Robert. Now our host and driver, Noom and Mol, for Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai were outstanding. Very accommodating to our needs. Noom made a wonderful suggestion on our drive to Chiang Mai to stop at the White Temple for a visit. What a breathtaking place! You should consider adding this stop to your tour package. June in Phuket has been most helpful in getting us around the island.Show more

We traveled through Thailand with you independent monograms brand. I loved the local host concept. Having someone to help you was a gift. I especially want to recognize Nana(spelling) from Destination Asia who was our local host in Chiang Mai/Rai. Overall, she was outstanding! She went of her way to ensure our time was super special. She learned about my bday and arranged a monk blessing which was such a a beautiful surprise. My husband was interested in getting a tattoo by a monk and she found a way to make it happen. She had to use her personal connections (her mom) to get permission by the temple to have my husband get a tattoo. She is truly a gem. Anything we asked her, she found a way. Next time I'm in Thailand, I'd like to request her as my local host. She made a world of difference. Thank you so much for paterning with such quality driven people. Looking forward to my next trip!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 20th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 20th, 2026, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with Globus. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
