      As I know children under 12 years, airfares should be less than adult fare. Also, my 2 older grandsons share 1 room, should be cheaper.

      Only the 6 year old child sharing a room with two adults will has discount $200. Other rooms which is twin share, even 1 adult and 1 child, the child will be charged at the adult rate. It's different from airfare.

    I am planning to take a tour of Taiwan in March 26 with my mum. At the end of the tour we plan to visit a friend in Hualien. Having looked at your tour it would seem sensible to go back to Hualien by train instead of returning to Taipei after Yilan. Is this something we could do? If so, would we be able to get a reduction in price as we wouldn't need the Taipei hotel for the last night.

      This is a real shame. It seems like discrimination and puts the company in a bad light. Other travel companies can manage it very successfully and so you could with more effort. My friends who have used you have told me they had good experiences with you so this policy is a really negative point. Please can you urgently review this awful policy?

    I like the Taiwan Express but without the 3 days in Taipei - that means that I only stay with the tour for 5 days starting from Day 4. Is that possible and I prefer to be only the 3 of us or in a small group of 6-8.
