We don't organize the international flight from Basel or Zurich. Our package includes the domestic flight only. For the international flight, you can check it online such as Skyscanner and you can book it. Once you have the flight details, you can share with us and we'll arrange the tour accordingly.

Are there places available for us? What is the difference between a Group tour and a Personalized tour? What are the costs of both? What would the next steps be?

Yes, we currently have places available for 2 adults on the 6 February 2026 departure. Group Tour: You will join a scheduled departure with other travelers. It includes fixed itineraries, set dates, and is more cost-effective. Personalized Tour: This is a private tour tailored specifically for you. You can customize the itinerary, travel at your own pace, and choose preferred accommodation. Price: 1313 USD per person (group tour) with 3* accommodation, you can book the 4* or 5* accommodation.

Is December good time to visit? Or wich month you recommend? And only one person

After careful consideration of your request, I would like to inform you that December is the peak season and the weather is a bit cold in North Vietnam. Other places are fine to visit. The best time to visit is February/March and November

Can I have Indian vegetarian food for our meals? For breakfast we can have continental vegetarian breakfast as an alternate. How far is the airport from hotel in Cambodia and in Vietnam? Are prepaid taxis available or can a pickup be arranged by the tour operators since we are not familiar with both countries and local languages. Is English spoken in such places and by taxi drivers?

We offer vegetarian food for your meals. Please let me know the kind of vegetarian foods (what you can/can't eat). We'll prepare it. All airport transfers are included by our company. The driver can speak a little bit of English, but our team can contact you at any time if you need any assistance.

Is someone going to pick me up and take me to accommodation if I arrive at 11 PM on the first day of the trip?

We will still arrange the pick up accordingly and transfer to your accommodation even if you arrive at 11:00 PM on the first day of the trip. However, we advise you should book pre-accommodation on the 1st day to avoid jet lag and book the trip on the 2nd day.

Overall the trip was wonderful. I would have given excellent, but we had some major issues on our first tour. We got stuck in traffic on a holiday in Vietnam and therfore missed half of the tour. On top of it, the guide bearly spoke english. Halong Bay was a dream and Peter was a very attentive ship manage. Saigon was great too. The tour to the tunnels and farms was well done by our tour guide. Cambodia was a dream come true. All the hotels were excellent and nothing I can complain about. Great locations, close to all the important sites and shopping places. As I said, I would have given excellent but the first tour was a total mis hap and TourRader did not communicate at all. Once people complained TourRadar improved dramatically.Show more

  As regards vegetarian food, we would prefer typical Indian vegetarian preparations based on variety of vegetables and spices. Hope we can talk to the manager more on this just before our tour starts and also during the tour so that we can have detailed discussions on what's available and what we would like to choose.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 9th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 9th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with PrestiGo Asia. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
