We can organise departure for you on January 1st. Accommodation is 2-3* rating and is included as part of the trip.

I'm very interested in this tour cause this tour covers all places on my list. here are some questions: 1) Do you have departure date between 10/14 ~ 10/18? 2) The public transport. Does this mean Public BUS? If yes, what is the size of bus? How crowd on the pubic bus on regular basis (such as 50%, 70%...etc.)? 3) What is overall rating of the hotels for all location? 4) I am a solo female traveler. What is the cost for my own hotel room for entire trip? Do I have the option to book my own hotels. If yes, please advise your hotel list. Also, please advise any cost reduction if I book my own hotels? 5) I assume the luggage will stay with us on the BUS and Hotel besides the camping tour. If not, please advise. 6) Is the entire 18 days FULLY Guided? If not, please advise which tour is not? 7) Day 9 - What is "shared Transport"? Is this the Train ride? 8) Day 11 - Can i also hike Huayna Picchu? 9) Day 12-16, Ausangate Nevado Trek - Can the luggage be stored at secured location in Cusco (in your office or hotel?)? **I will only carry backpack for the camping tour.

1) Yes, we can organise for any departure date you'd like. 2) Public transport will be a public bus, very comfortable with reclinable seats to sleep in. I couldn't give you an idea of the likely capacity, it will vary. 3) 2-3*, comfortable well maintained with good service. 4) We will organise your own room. 5) You will be responsible for your luggage the whole way through. You can leave it in hotels when you are returning to the same hotel after a tour. Please use a 50-65l rucksack for the trip, suitcases are very impractical. I recommend a midsize rucksack and a smallish daypack. 6) You will be guided on all tours, some will be group tours, some may be private (Ausangate for example). 7) Shared transport is for group tours, it is private transportation but shared with others on the tour. The train is shared transport also. 8) This will depend on ticket availability at the time the tour is reserved. We may be lucky in October as space is limited (250 tickets per day) but there is another mountain (Huchuypicchu) we can climb if Huayna Picchu is sold out. 9) Yes, we can store your luggage.

Will the classic 4 day/3 night Inca trail be available?

Unfortunately the classic Inca trail has sold out for the month of July as entrance permits are limited, but we can incorporate other treks such as the Llactapata Inca trail, Salkantay to Machu Picchu, Lares Valley to Machu Picchu or Ausangate. These are all incredible trek routes with unlimited availability which we can incorporate into the plan.

Before the trip, I've informed I am a solo female traveler and paid for the additional cost for my own tent, but I didn't get my own tent and needed to share the tent with the male guide for 5 nights. - 1 of the tours (Ica) was 90% Spanish 10% English. It made it difficult to follow the tour. Rest of the group tours were good. - An additional camping tour (3 days 2 night) was re-arranged late, 3 days after my trip in Peru. This added camping tour was without horseman and cook (only myself and the guide) which was unexpected. The guide carried most of the camping equipment but I still needed to carry more weight, which was exhausting. - Rating on the the cook and horseman for the 2nd camping tour, 5 stars.Show more

As a solo female traveller you were extremely well looked after from start to finish by all of our crew, personally I checked in with you daily and you were very well briefed along the way. I wasn't aware of any issues communicated from yourself during your time with us and I made sure you were aware of the changes to the itinerary on your arrival into Cusco. As you were suffering from the effects of altitude sickness, we made the decision to get you to lower altitude so you could recover and ensure that we could continue with your trip. These were the only changes to the plan and were essential to ensure you could make the trek in Ausangate :) Everyone enjoyed having you here with us and we wish you all the best for the future. Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 20th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 20th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Unu Raymi Expeditions. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Unu Raymi Expeditions will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
