  It says tour is available for 35 year old. But I am 37. can I book? Also, I have booked with Contiki before and I do not seem to find my travel booking reference number to qualify for 5% discount. Can you help?

    Contiki tours have an age restriction, requiring guests to be between 18-35 years old to participate. As you are outside this age range, you would not be eligible to join the trip.     The adventures we offer will not include international airfare, as travellers can join the trip from many different countries. You will be responsible for booking your own flights to meet at the starting city of your adventure. We additionally recommend you do not book your airfare until your place is confirmed and guaranteed to depart. Our tours do have variable pricing, which is subject to change at any time, there's no guarantee that the prices we quoted will be the same the next time we check for availability. So, when the actual booking is done then the price is also confirmed.

  Do you offer transfers from the airport in Frankfurt to the hotel? And again at the end of the tour. What is the luggage size limit? roller bag size or checked bag size?

    We sincerely apologize as we do not offer airport transfers for this tour, either upon arrival in Frankfurt or at the end of the journey. We recommend arranging transportation independently. For this tour, each guest is allowed one main piece of luggage with maximum dimensions of 29"x20"x10" (73x50x25 cm) and a weight limit of 44 lbs (20 kg). In addition, each person may bring one carry-on item, which must not exceed 12"x11"x6" (30x28x14 cm) so it can be stored under the coach seat or in the compact overhead space. Carry-ons/hand luggage must be soft-sided and not have telescopic wheels or handles.

    What time do the meetings and tours begin on the first day? What is the travel time from the airport to the hotel? and can you recommend a company for transportation?

    The Kick Start meeting will be held at approximately 16:00 (4pm) on Day 1. The travel time from Frankfurt Airport (FRA) to Leonardo Hotel Frankfurt City South depends on your mode of transport. You'll have two options to get to Leonardo Hotel Frankfurt City South when you arrive at Frankfurt Airport. Public Bus Option: Purchase your ticket either at the arrivals terminal or via the GVB app. From Terminal 1, take Bus 61 (Frankfurt Main Südbahnhof). Ride for 6 stops (~15 minutes) and disembark at Frankfurt Main Stadion Osttribüne. From there, it's a 25-minute walk to the hotel. Taxi or Uber Option: Taxis and Ubers are available directly outside the arrivals terminal. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes.

    Contiki tours do have an age restriction, and guests must be between 18-35 years old to be eligible to join. However, we would like to recommend one of our sister brands - CostSaver which is open to all ages, and may be a great fit for you.
