For this tour, each guest is allowed one main piece of luggage with maximum dimensions of 29"x20"x10" (73x50x25 cm) and a weight limit of 44 lbs (20 kg). In addition, each person may bring one carry-on item, which must not exceed 12"x11"x6" (30x28x14 cm) so it can be stored under the coach seat or in the compact overhead space. Carry-ons/hand luggage must be soft-sided and not have telescopic wheels or handles.

recently traveled through Europe with Contiki on one of their 18–35 tours and overall had a really good experience. The trip was very organized, everything stayed on schedule, and transportation between countries was smooth and comfortable. The bus driver always made us feel safe, even during long travel days, and our tour guide was knowledgeable, helpful, and gave great recommendations in every city. One thing future travelers should know is that many of the excursions and activities are optional and require additional payment. At first this surprised me a little, but it makes sense considering the style of the trip and the age group. The atmosphere was definitely more social and party-oriented, with many travelers more interested in nightlife than history or museums. A lot of the people on my tour were from Australia, not sure if contiki only targets that country for tours. Some of the optional activities also included unlimited drinks like wine and beer. The accommodations varied depending on the city — some hostels were good while others were more basic — but overall they were acceptable for a fast-paced group tour around Europe.Show more

  The Kick Start meeting will be held at approximately 16:00 (4pm) on Day 1. The travel time from Frankfurt Airport (FRA) to Leonardo Hotel Frankfurt City South depends on your mode of transport. You'll have two options to get to Leonardo Hotel Frankfurt City South when you arrive at Frankfurt Airport. Public Bus Option: Purchase your ticket either at the arrivals terminal or via the GVB app. From Terminal 1, take Bus 61 (Frankfurt Main Südbahnhof). Ride for 6 stops (~15 minutes) and disembark at Frankfurt Main Stadion Osttribüne. From there, it's a 25-minute walk to the hotel. Taxi or Uber Option: Taxis and Ubers are available directly outside the arrivals terminal. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes.
