We enjoyed the last 11 days very much, from receiving a lovely welcome bag, lots of good activities, tours, guides and beautiful accommodations! What could be improved is the flexibility for airport transfers in case one arrives a few days early or leaves later. The only negative experience in Columbia was with Avianca and their very disappointing service; Avianca's so-called modern cabin is the worst and most claustrophobic configuration possible - it's a shame for Columbian Tourism and as frequent flyers we can say with confidence that Avianca has the worst cabin standards in South America, even budget airlines offer a better service.Show more
