Tour Radar was terrific to deal with. When we got to Giza the accommodation was very basic. There was a tip next door that smelled like dead things and there was no pool or restaurant and it was supposed to be for 3 nights in July at 35-40 degree days so we moved hotels. Raffa and Islam our guides and drivers in Giza were amazing. They made the trip so enjoyable. The Nile cruise was terrific and all the staff and food were amazing. In Luxor our guide was Khalad and he was a bit long in explaining things that we didn’t really see as relevant. The all inclusive in Hurghada was great but we waited an hour for our driver to collect us at the bus stop which cost me $100 in Australian data with Telstra trying to locate him while he was at prayer. Overall it was good value in my opinion and the pyramids and Valley of the Kings were unbelievable to see. Communication could have been better at times so we knew when we were being picked up and we were not given any hotel names beforehand to know where we were staying until we were taken to themShow more

Dear Valued Guest Mrs. Natalie , Thank you for taking the time to review our tours and we are glad that you enjoyed Egypt with us overall , We would like to clarify that the hotel in Giza is budget hotel with names as described in day 1 , 2 and 3 as written in the tour link , you didn't even upload any photos for your room or the reception and you and pyramids view room with AC ,even though we have been very flexible and let you choose your fav hotel in Alex desert road and give you a free transfers to there and switch all tours and transfers away from giving refund for the night you didn't use although it was too late for that , We also upgraded your room in the Nile cruise for superior one in the upper deck in the cruise , we arranged all the 12 days tour as a PRIVATE one without any extra fee, we Upgraded your hotel in Hurghada from 4 stars half board to be 5 stars with all inclusive FREE of charge , the bus in Hurghada arrived 30 min early and our operators were with you via WhatsApp till you met our colleague who was beside the station for Friday praying and didn't expected the bus would arrive early , we would love if you highlighted the good things which should be so many in 12 days but now we can imagine what would happen if we didn't upgrade whatever we could do with all satisfaction to make you happy during your tour around Egypt , Stay safe :)

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
