  Does that mean you don't spend the entire four days of the trip with the same group? I'm interested in the four-day trip to Budapest—or the one covering both Vienna and Budapest. However, before booking, I'd like to know if there are other participants my age, or at least in their twenties. Can I be certain that I'll be staying in the hostel with people from my tour group? That would make me feel much more comfortable than being put up with strangers.

    As the trip is 3 nights/4 days you would spend 2 nights in Budapest (and in a room with some of the same people - but they would be general travelers and not necessarily part of the "group), and then the 1 night in Vienna. We provide you with the train tickets between cities but you don't travel with a "group".
    
    So if you're up for a great trip (either of them) and meeting some new people but also having plenty of independent time then it's a good fit. If you're looking specifically for a strictly "group" trip where you'll spend 4 days with the same people and travel together between cities then it might not be the right fit for you.

    Could you perhaps let me know whether the people signed up for my travel period tend to be in their twenties or older? That's really important to me, as I'm turning 20 soon and wouldn't really want to be surrounded only by people who are significantly older.

    It's impossible to say the exact ages but as you'd be doing the hostel package, the majority of people tend to be around 20 to early 30s that stay in the dorms. And the hostels have in house bars as well so you'd have a social setting and could also meet people that way. :)

    Yes it would be possible to have a Spanish language tour. Guides in Budapest that speak Spanish aren't super common so it would be a supplement of €40 per person. If you want to confirm this you can book the standard trip and then after booking make the request for the Spanish tour and we'll add that to your booking and the supplement.

    Yes it is possible to arrange a private transfer from the airport to the hotel. That would be for your arrival to the Budapest airport?

    As we would arrange for a private driver and car the cost would be €55 for the service. It's honestly easier and cheaper for you when it comes to having a car take you to the city center and hotel to use a taxi or app like Bolt from the airport. IT's only about 25 minutes driving and that will only cost you typically 10000-12000 HUF (Hungarian Forint) which is around €28-€32. Cars are always available, the ride is short and it would be nearly half the cost. Of course we can arrange the private transfer but the taxi or Bolt are so easy and cheaper that it's the best way to go.

    On the first and final days of the trip there is nothing planned. That is to allow arrivals and departures at the best times for you and not have to worry about missing out on anything

    We do not provide visa processing services but when you book your trip you can use your booking and confirmation for your application. And the booking follows the standard terms and conditions for refunds in case you are declined

Do you need 3-star or 4-star hotel in city center? How many double/twin and single rooms? Is Bratislava just a day trip? Will group arrive together? What is your approx. budget per person?

    Yes we have several trips that include Prague. One is a Prague only weekend (Thursday to Sunday so 4 days/3 nights), and then we also have a trip called the Best of the East which starts in Budapest, then to Prague and finishes in Krakow, Poland. It's 3 nights in each city. And we have private twin/double room packages available (3-star hotel in center).

    We do have trips to all 3 cities but not currently offered in a package. We can certainly put that together for you however. Would you be interested in starting or ending in Prague? The best route is to start either in Prague or Budapest with Vienna in the middle. We can offer 3 nights in Budapest, 2 or 3 nights in Vienna and then finish with 3 nights in Prague for example. And what dates exactly would want? Lastly, what type of accommodations (private room, 3-star hotel, 4-star hotel.....)?

    You can find more details in the attached itinerary regarding the day to day and what you'd be doing on the trip. The trip would include 3 nights in a 3-star hotel triple room with breakfast each morning, the professionally guided walking tours in Budapest and Vienna as well as an evening Danube River boat cruise in Budapest. And transportation is included between Budapest and Vienna. In addition you'll receive detailed info packets on both cities and 24 hour support by email and phone. We don't offer transportation to/from the airports but we send you detailed information on those options so you can book a taxi or use public transportation (which is cheap and very easy). The 3-star hotel package is €409 per person and that is for everything listed above. Its a busy season too with the beautiful Christmas markets set up in both cities.

    Do not want to stay in a hostel. A single hotel that is easy to walk the city. Clean and safe. With a refrigerator. Hopefully with a breakfast included or else a small place nearby for coffee and a sweet.

    We've been able to put all details together regarding your request for the dates. For a private single room in 4-star hotels (3 nights Prague, 2 nights Budapest, 1 night Vienna) with breakfast, all located in the heart of each city, the cost would be 1399 Euro.

    Can Vienna be in the middle of the trip? that would make more sense. Yes, one room two separate beds. Could start on Oct. 29 thru Nov. 4 or fifth. Or if you have to start later then Nov. 2nd. What is the cost, approximately please?

    Yes we could have the route from Prague to Vienna and then ending in Budapest. That does make more sense. Normally we operate the trips with 3 nights in Prague and then for a Budapest-Vienna combo weekend it would be 2 nights in Budapest and 1 night in Vienna. Would you like still just 1 night in Vienna or to have say, 2 nights in Vienna and then ending with 2 or 3 nights in Budapest?
