    The tour is misleadingly advertised at 7 am and that it included a 15 minute entrance into the cathedral which opens at 7 am, so that means the bus would have left at 7:15 am. I called the tour guide at 7:02 am and informed him that I would be there within less than 10 minutes as I walking to the destination. The tour guide Martin said that the tour does not include an entrance into the cathedral (when the itinerary states it does) and that the bus is already on the highway and can’t wait at all. Also, guide said there’s a bus with 30 people when the advertisement says it’s maximum 16 people. Overall misleading description and rude tour guide - this is my personal experience.

    • For any tour departing before March 23rd, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after March 23rd, 2025, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Traventuria. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Traventuria will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
