The Ghorepani trek is a great 4-day route that gives you those big Himalayan views without needing to be a technical climber. You'll walk through oak and rhododendron forests before reaching Poon Hill at 2,775m - getting up early for sunrise over Dhaulagiri and Annapurna is absolutely worth it.
