- Alexandra· December 31st, 2024Fast paced and so authentic, just the way we like it! Nearly every tour guide we had was so friendly and willing to talk to us in depth about the country. Food was awesome (especially on the Hanoi street food tour) and there was a really wide variety of activities - staying overnight on boats, historical/cultural tours, off the beaten path activities, etc. The hotels were very nice, and each located in central locations, so we didn’t have to get any taxis or extra transport, just walked everywhere. Having Thuy, our on-call guide from APT travel, really made this a perfect experience. She coordinated everything perfectly, fixing delayed flights and making sure car pickups went smoothly - we are so grateful to her. I think we only would have seen half as much of Vietnam/Cambodia in 12 days without her help. Highly recommend!Show more

For example, we are foodies and would like to learn about Laos cuisine, coffee culture etc. Can this be included in the tour itinerary?

As we are retired we are very flexible with dates and can do Vietnam after Cambodia and Laos. Also what currency do we need and Visas.

You can book any date because in Vietnam and Cambodia you can combine with different group and Laos will arrange as private tour. We have package Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Currency popular to use is USD however when you travel in Vietnam you should exchange money from USD to Vietnam Dong when you visit Vietnam, Kip in Laos when you arrive, Riel in Cambodia it's easy to spend and save more money. About the visa please tell me your nationality I will advise you the visa for you.
