Bullay
Start your morning by boarding the Moselle wine train, which crosses over Germany's longest hillside viaduct on its way to Traben-Trabach. From there, you'll hike steeply up to Grevenstein Castle. The Franzosensteig trail takes you through spiral staircases and past castle ruins with the river spreading out below. After that, follow the Kirster ridge toward Enkirch, walking past half-timbered houses and vineyard slopes as you make your way back to Bullay. By evening, you'll wrap up with a Moselle wine tasting.
