At this time we are unable to cater to fully Halal diet on our tours to Alaska, However we will be able to cater to a vegetarian and vegan diet.

Do you all accommodate food allergies? I have Alpha-gal syndrome and cannot have beef, pork, or lamb. If at all possible, will I be able to substitute any meals with the previously mentioned meats with chicken, turkey, or seafood of some sort?

Im a 27 female Aussie who is visiting my sister who lives in Banff. I have from the 20th June to the 4th of July that I'm hoping to get return flights to anchorage and join a tour (likely tour dates 21st June to 3rd July). Our accommodation is not flexible on tours and would be as advertised. Many nights will include National Parks and this is an 'Active' tour, camping is often a part of the route. If you specifically want hotels, we would recommend a shorter 'Classic' tour such as the Alaska Kenai and Denali Adventure.

What type of insurance do I need for this tour?

Emergency Medical Travel Insurance covering medical expenses and evacuation is mandatory. Ensure it meets our coverage criteria.

What are the payment options for the tour?

Credit cards are widely accepted for most payments; however, some activities might require cash. Verify with your bank about fees for foreign purchases.

What should I pack for the hiking trip?

We recommend checking the packing list provided on our website. Essential items include personal gear like sleeping bags and appropriate hiking attire.

Is it competely safe? Also worried about the canoe-trip, but really want the hikes.

We have teams on the ground monitoring safety at all times. The safety of our travellers and CEOs is our top priority. Should you wish to opt out of the canoe activities, you are more than welcome to do so. Nothing is compulsory if you aren't comfortable with it.

  For this trip we use 15-passenger vans for up to 14 people plus the CEO/Driver. For groups of 8 and more travellers, we also use a trailer to carry luggage. These durable vehicles allow us to drive on most types of roads in North America.
  
  We recommend using a backpack for your convenience, or a medium-sized suitcase if you prefer. Heavy luggage is not recommended for the health of the CEO, who will take a lead in loading the storage trailer. Due to space in the trailer, we will not be able to accommodate more than one piece of main luggage per person. A good size day-pack (20-35L) is also essential to carry your personal gear for the day, as access to luggage between destinations will be limited. This daypack will be used to carry your personal items and gear for the day, your lunch, and a water bottle.
