  We will never again invest our money and time with Wing Buddy. We booked the Authentic Greek Islands tour in Sept 2023, booked it as early as Jan 2023 in order to secure our travel plans, and upgraded our hotels to 4 star. We were sent our travel itinerary/hotel booking links and were satisfied that the trip would be as per the descriptions. However, 2 weeks before our travel started, all our hotels were changed by WingBuddy to alternate ones, that were supposed to be 4 star or similar; which turned not to be the case. The hotel in Santorini was maybe a 2 star, far from the promised beach from the previously booked hotel, and in disrepair, with mold in the bathroom, among other problems. It was a sharp contrast to the hotel originally booked by WingBuddy. 3 couples with the same tour had to leave this hotel, and find other accommodations - at our own expense. And upon speaking with their contact in Greece about the problems in this hotel, it became clear that preferential hotels are given to travellers who have more recent bookings, because in their words, they have paid more for their trip (even if they bought the same package). This was a clear breach of contract by WingBuddy - under delivering on the 'similar' 4 star hotel. Once back in Canada, we addressed this with WingBuddy, with a detailed description of our experience, and constructive feedback on our trip. Wingbuddy refused to reimburse at least the hotel costs in Santorini. This was a clear breach of contract by not supplying a similar hotel as the promised 4 star, and has really tainted our trip. There were several other issues encountered with this tour company - lack of communication once out of Canada, obviously not vetting their vendors, and not taking responsibility for any issues arising from their own bookings. We were very disappointed and will not be using them again in the future.Show more

  Wing buddy (especially Quinten) is super easy to deal with, everyone is very friendly, know the answers to all your questions and give you advice on things to do based on their travel experience. We just went to Greece, and it felt like a private tour that was just planned for us, with private transportation, lovely people and great places to stay and do! This is the 2nd time we have traveled with them and can’t wait for our next trip, as the costs are great compared to if you plan and booked it all yourself. Great trip! Great company!Show more

  We couldn't have been more pleased with everything about our trip. Everyone was so helpful and the communication both before the trip and during the trip exceeded our expectations. The Wingbuddy representatives in Greece went above and beyond to be helpful and make our trip stress-free and easy. All of the transfers and transportation options went smoothly. The hotels were better than we expected for a 3-star accomodation -- so clean and comfortable with helpful, gracious staff -- and the breakfasts at the hotel were abundant and delicious. I have been telling everyone about Wingbuddy!!!Show more
