Is the Aug 9 premium Portugal tour full or taken away? It's the only date that works for us.

Unfortunately, the 09AUG2025 departure has been cancelled. Departures are often cancelled due to low demand and logistical challenges.

How can we get in touch with of our operator before we make the payment? How can we know which hotels are we going to stay before we make the payment? How can we know our tour guide contacts and who will be picking up at the arrival before we make the payment? Are we suppose to arrive on Aug 23 or Aug 24?

You can get in touch with us directly through this platform. The style of accommodation is a guideline and may change. We do not provide tour guide details before the tour starts. You will meet your guide on Day 1 at the welcome meeting. A complimentary airport arrival transfer is included if you are arriving on Day 1 or if you have booked pre-tour accommodation through us. You can either arrive on Day 1, which is August 24th, or a day earlier on the 23rd.

I can't tell from the itinerary how many hotels we would be staying in and for how long. I would be traveling with a friend and we are interested in being part of a small group. How do we get from city to city? Small bus or van?

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 30th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 30th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Premium. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 56 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Intrepid Premium will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
