  Our experience working with Click Tours for our 10 Charming Greece and Islands #213730 was amazing! From Elias meeting us at the airport, giving us a detailed itinerary discussion to picking us up from the hotel for our departing flight at 6:00 am was perfection. The two day classical tour to Delphi we visited Apollos Temple, the Theatre and the Stadium then had dinner(included) at our hotel The next day visited Meteora UNESCO site of 2 monasteries. Our tour guide, Sophia, was incredible, full of knowledge on history and the country of Greece. She was prepared giving us our earplugs to hear every account without surrounding noise. Bus driver, George, was very pleasant and helpful getting us on and off the bus. The next day we toured the city of Athens via bus passing famous buildings of Athens, such as the Parliament, Constitution Square, and memorial of the Unknown Soldier. Personally, it woulod have been nice to get off bus for some of these stops, however, there wasn't any parking for buses. Our bus headed to the National Acropolis Acropolis followed by touring the famous Acropolis.. Our tour guide did not provide any headsets for listening as I saw many, many other tours had. He was not attentive to make sure all the group was together. We got lost in the beginning.Show more

  It was ok; two things we are not happy,: The first thing is the Tourist guide only gave us one hour to Acropolis, there were so many people , we spent more than 30 minutes climbed up to the top and stayed for only 10 minutes there, then we had to rash came down to catch the bus ,even no time to take pictures, very disappointed. The second thing is about the hotel in Athens, we paid extra for 4 stars hotel, first night we stayed in Athenaeum Grand Hotel room 201, the wall paper is peeling and molded; very noise hotel that we could not sleep all night; since we were going to Delphi-Meteora and islands, we requested if we could stay in different hotel when we were back to Athens; unfortunately, we were told the charge for Athenaeum Grand Hotel was nonrefundable , we had to pay extra. Other than that, the travel was ok, well organized.Show more

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - BOOK IT YOURSELF The 10-day tour that was really a 2.5-day tour. Rip-Off. Tour day 1 was to pick me up and bring me to what they call a 3-star hotel. In my opinion, it was a 2-star at best only because the staff was great, the air conditioning worked very well and the complimentary breakfast was good. But the location off the largest highway in Athens, which made for a lot of traffic noise while sleeping, and not being near anything (having to walk 15 minutes to get to the metro station to take to restaurants, shops, the tourist areas), and the room was very small. Tour Day 2 & 3 was to pick up at the hotel and transportation with a tour to Delphi and the monasteries. This was a great part of the tour, but the hotel was barely a 1-star hotel, so there is the only setback. Its air conditioner worked ok, it was small and smelled bad, and it also had thin walls. On the bright side, it did have a good complimentary breakfast. After the monasteries, we were transported back to the hotel in Athens. Tour Day 4 was a half a day tour. We were picked up at the hotel and went to see the Acropolis museum and the Acropolis itself. What I did not like among many others in the large group was that we had to absorb 2 people that only spoke French. So our guild had to speak in both languages, for only 2 people. The whole thing felt rushed and was very annoying to listen to her repeating everything in french. It was an English tour and should have stayed English speaking only. Many of us had the same opinion, it is what everyone paid for. Around 1 pm, the tour concluded and we were on our own. Now Days 5 - 9, there were no tours. You were on your own. They provided transportation and hotels. The hotel in Naxos was AMAZING. The only hotel they booked that was really a great place to stay. The staff and the complimentary breakfast were the best in the universe. The hotel on Santorini was another 1-2 star hotel, the complimentary breakfast was ok. Day 10 of the tour is you checking out of the hotel and them providing transportation to your destination. So I guess you get a tour of the exit. This was almost $2,000 for this so-called 10-day tour (2.5-day tour) and the rest was just for managing hotels and transportation. I could have saved probably half and done a much better job myself. I would have also stayed in much better hotels than the garbage they picked. I wouldn't do this tour.Show more
