I had the BEST trip! Everything was well organized and planned out. The guides were amazing. This trip far exceeded my expectations!

No reply or entirely in Spanish. Tour Radar did not inform me that the tour was subcontracted to Mapa Tours & the local guide who hosted the evening events said I wasn't with Mapa - consequently they left without me. Once it was sorted, I had to taxi to get to the restaurant to meet my fellow travellers - none of whom spoke English. Very uncomfortable!
I was the only English speaker on the tour for the first 2 days - no one spoke English except me & most of the commentary was in Spanish. I could go on & on.......
The sights & local guides were excellent & the hotels were good, but I would not recommend this tour to anyone who does not speak Spanish.

Had i known this for over L400 I would NEVER had agreed to it. The itinerary on first couple days was not followed. Never visited inside of castle as stated, nor allowed to spend a single day in a town to allow for lunch and some shopping. All lunches were at visitor centers or a single, out of the way stand. The tour guide Kevin was very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, the description of tour was deceiving. It was basically driving hours on end to see a bunch of piled rocks. Each evening, arrived in towns with all shops closed, and restaurants full with no availability for walk-ins. Reservations too hard to make being unclear which B&B would be staying 8n relation to time/distance to nearby restaurants. I would not recommend this tour to anyone!!
An amazing experience definitely recommend. Carla was a great leader.

This tour of Italy was a letdown from start to finish. The food was consistently bad - not at all what you’d expect from a trip to Italy. We didn’t get the chance to try any of the famous regional dishes or wines, which was one of the main reasons I booked the tour in the first place.
The tour guide was all over the place - disorganized, unenthusiastic, and didn’t provide much context or explanation about where we were or what we were seeing. A lot of the time we were just dropped off at a location with “free time” and no direction, which made it feel more like a self-guided trip with bus transfers than an actual tour.
Some of the hotels were also subpar.
Honestly, I’d recommend either using a different tour company or just planning the trip yourself. Getting around Italy is easy and affordable, and you’d probably have a much better experience doing it on your own.

Hotels had everything ready for us to accommodate the whole group and all the facilities very timely for us to rest and be ready to attend shows and dinners on the various cities we visited.
This was only for 5 days, thoroughly enjoyed the trip and itinerary, the tour guide was a delightful man, humorous at times, but has had many wives, apparently.

Miguel, our guide was awesome and my wife's favorite part of the tour. He was kind, understanding of her physical limitations and did his best to make accommodations. That said, I reached out to the tourradar.com site a few times before coming and they assured me the tour would be fine for her. She spent a lotbof time in pain and trying to make up for her disabilities as not to be a burden for the rest of the group. It is a strenuous tour even for those in decent shape and without obvious limitations
Tourradar.com needs to be upfront about this. Many on the tour were wiped out at the end of the day. Be more accurate, especially with those 60 years and older. Maybe set up another tour to accommodate that demographic.
Another opportunity to improve the tour is to give out specifics regarding activities and free time further in advance so that we can lock on our own excursions sooner. Providing info the day before meant we lost out on scheduling or planning for things on our free days.

We were not collected as promised at the airport in Cassablanca. And on departure, any changes were not able to be handled as there was no one to contact. The result, yet another self funded taxi.
I liked it a lot. Unfortunately weather wasn’t too good. Thanks for the great time :)

My only comment was that the name of this tour should be Classical Greece Plus A Day in Nauplion, as this corresponds to the reality. I assumed - and I was not alone - that I would see more on the five day tour than on the four day tour. In fact this was not the case. I did the four day tour and had a day to spend / kill in Nauplion.
While I accept that Nauplion is not a bad place to spend a day (!) - and also that I could/should have checked my facts before booking the holiday - the fact remains , I think, that this tour name should be changed to more accurately reflect the reality - and avoid other slightly - or more - disappointed customers in the future

It would be a good idea to choose hotels near the train stations or maybe offer free transfer as this would be more helpful for travellers with a lot of suitcases.

Bus driver, itinerary, hotels and meals were excellent as were city tour guides.
The negative: we were the only English speaking tourists on 3 different buses with 3 different guides. The tour was run by VPT. We switched bus and guide in Caceres and again in Granada. Each of the three guides spent 90% of the time speaking Spanish. Two of the guides did not speak English well. We had difficulty understanding directions and the 2nd guide was annoyed every time we asked for further explanation. 3 buses and 3 guides were not what we signed up for and we felt we were just being shuffled from place to place.

The room was decent in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom was really small and stepping in and out of the shower was difficult as there was a huge drop Dash not good for people with mobility issues. The buses arrived every day on time, although we did have to switch buses at a meeting point. We went for dinner at the rooftop restaurant and it was just OK.
The tour guides were very good. They did an awesome job of keeping the group together and had lots of interesting information to share the pottery workshop. On the third day was a complete waste of time. Everything else was very worthwhile. Overall, I would say it was a good tour.

Denise, especially was a very good guide, very knowledgable and personable. The cooking class and our Palermo Street Food tour was, probably my favorites. A few areas that could have been improved upon:
- A little more communication prior to the tour would have been reassuring. In this day of fraud it is a little unnerving to send all that money into the internet and not get much of a response.
- The final communication, our itinerary, was a definite problem. We were told by Tour Radar that we would receive it 10-14 days before we left. The tour operator (ClickTours/Mossimo) told us we would receive it 8 days before we left. I finally called Tour Radar 6 days before we left

- The trip group was over 50 people at most times during the trip, which is too many and over the LIMIT. As it was our first tour, we now know smaller group would be better.
- The length of the bus rides was very long and even though we asked before, no one gave any input before the trip
- Another tour leader not even ours came and sold us on "a great boat trip" said a bunch of things we would see and not only did we not see those but the entire thing was in Spanish even though he knew we were English and we saw the actual price for the boat at half of what we paid, so I believe it was nice profit centre for that tour leader.
- We had two different tour leaders, they both had great attitudes but the first one could not speak English very well.
- We found that they would speak 20 minutes in Spanish and our translation was maybe 5.
- A few cities we were just dropped of in and given and hour and a map
Pros
- Saw a lot of great places
- Bus drivers and tour leaders were very friendly and helpful and did try their best
- The local tour guides were very good and we enjoyed those days very much.
- Hotels were good quality, even though I think we did have bed bugs in one.
- Food was good but not too varied and I would have preferred more local spots than the hotels but with 57 people at one point and sometimes 2 buses at same dinner, it would have be hard to do local spots

I DO NOT BELIEVE I RECEIVED THE UPGRADED HOTEL PACKAGE THAT I PAID FOR AND AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. Hotels in Jordan were excellent. SECOND advance communication was weak - nothing from Click until a week from departure. Finally - had difficulty with airport check in at airport on Israel entry requirements - called the emergency number - voice mail box was full - told to email - got a response from Honey 4 days later in the middle of the tour - REALLY LOUSEY up front service. Felt very much isolated with no tour support. CPO was outstanding - layers above them Click and Tourradar much much less so - in fact really poor. Not sure I will use Tourradar again as a result. A refund on my upgraded hotel payment would seem appropriate.

My Sept. tour of Spain was not nearly so well organized. For starters: Getting squared away beforehand via the internet was less than gratifying or satisfying. No regular person to turn to; just pot luck as to who might respond next, And responses were spotty; noncohesive; none of your Canadia-based people had any interest in a gratifying outcome. The feeling was that we were all on our own, like Army inductees, and devil take the hindmost. No sense of cohesiveness of the group. I would not recommend others should sign up with your outfit. Once you were paid, care evaporated. Haphazard.

For the price point I understand they won’t always be in a central location. The food at the hotels was terrible and we were disappointed with the meals that were included. While our tour guide was friendly she was very hard to understand sometimes. We very much enjoyed the local tour guides and would have liked more local tours and/or longer local tours. The bus was exceptionally clean but we found it unacceptable that the wifi did not work for the full 5 day tour/that it was never fixed. I really enjoyed working with Tour Radar - they were responsive to messages and helped booked transfers and pre-tour accommodation. However while I would book with Tour Radar again, I would likely not book this specific tour again.

We do wish we had more free time, we booked this tour thinking we would have several afternoons free however we often arrived back to our hotel with just enough time to find a dinner spot, turn in for the night and start all over the next day. Though the tour leaders were great, some of the local guides were a bit uptight and it was difficult to hear all of the information provided if you weren't walking super close. Additionally, I would not recommend this tour if you are younger and wanting to move at a faster more efficient pace.

First of all, I signed up for a tour with Click Tours, an Israeli company, but found myself on a tour by Carrani Tours, an Italian company. I wish someone would have told me about this.
Second, everyone’s itinerary was different, and so I remained confused because I learned that some aspects of the itinerary didn’t apply to me, whereas others did.
The tour guide was very nice, and even bought me a drink after it was revealed that I was not on the list to receive the free drink because my tour ended earlier than others.
I didn’t agree with the tour guide on some things. For example, on the 1 day we were in Florence she wanted the entire group to take a $50-per head afternoon side trip to Pisa. We were not able to see the Botticellis in the Uffizi Gallery or the real David in the morning because it was very crowded.
I and a few others declined the side trip and in the afternoon I visited the Uffizi, while several others saw the David. I’m glad I saw the Uffizi.
Overally, the tour went to many beautiful places, had some nice meals, and the group was very nice.

It was the perfect tour, the day trips were very interesting. I didn’t realize that we were going to have our own personal tour guide driver for most of the trips and it was a lovely surprise. The Hotels were Centrally Located, not totally in the old city centers but close enough to walk every day mostly Or if not then to take an Uber or taxi for nominal fee. All of the guides were incredible And accommodating. Our private vehicles were Mercedes so the drives were exceptionally comfortable . We had 2 wine tours in the douro Valley and a tour in Porto of a port wine company again I guess I didn’t read everything but I didn’t expect those tours ..The only tours that we had that were with other people had less than six people… The Portuguese people are incredibly nice and mostly speak English so that was a lovely addition that I was not aware of frankly .
I would highly suggest his tour I think it’s an incredible very in-depth tour of beautiful Portugal!!

1. Communicating withthempre-tour was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I typically had to ask Tourradar to help me out. Click either did not or were slow to answer questions. They typically answered one out of my questions and ignored the others.
2. They were suppose to pick me up at the airport when I landed. Then they gave me a refund or a certain amount for a taxi. Well you can imagine how well that went. The taxi driver said the ride was metered but I had to pay more than what Click gave me. When I called Click and told them the problem they told me I should have done a better job of negotiating with the cabbie. WELL you can imagine my reaction after a 22 hour flight going East! I told them no I want you to pay. They called back and agreed to pay.
As I said the tour itself was fantastic but the tour guide did not work for Click.

The people on the tours were friendly and the rides were comfortable. For lunches we were taken to restaurants where they could quickly accommodate a large number of people but often they were over priced , limited choices, and the food was sub par. So lunch was $25 US for a small salad bar and undercooked fried fish, Two beef kabobs or such. I would have rather brought my lunch-which some hotels will make up for you. Our hotel, the BY14 was clean and comfortable but smaller than US hotel rooms. I upgraded one level and was glad I did. Other tour friends said the basic hotel package was unacceptable but they were told they would lose all their money if they tried to switch. Touradar could do a better job on giving out information on the hotels prior to booking. Also many tour friends booked their own hotels with points and such at the Hilton and Sheraton. The tours picked up and dropped off at those hotels too hope this helps someone with their visit to Israel.

When I got off the plane, there was a lovely lady called Effie whom was holding a sign with my name on it and her driver, sorry, can’t remember his name. They took me to the Atheneum Smart Hotel and she explained a lot of the things which were to come along with directions for places in Athens and how to access them. The first day of the tour was, as someone else described it “a bit full on” but amazing with it’s tours and history. Each day had it’s own exciting journeys. Our bus driver George kept everyone in line and got us to our next stop safely each day. Kassandra was our guide on the tour, she spoke fluent French and English and her knowledge was incredible, I learned so much from her! All of hotels were clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious,, as were the included dinners. I travelled alone but never felt that way. One thing to note, this tour includes a lot of walking, sometimes on uneven ground such as in the ruins, plus 180 steps up to the Monastery. For me with neuropathy in my legs, it was a bit tricky at times but one of the handsome men in our group would always offer a helping hand. I loved this tour!
