- Adam· September 25th, 2024Overall trip was ok. Most of the trip you spend on the bus traveling from city to city and get like 2-3 hours of sightseeing and the rest of the tour you are on your own. Tour guides mainly speak Spanish and don't give a good enough overview in English compared to Spanish. Need more English speaking tours. You get a overview of Spain but it felt rushed and not enough time to see everythingShow moreTrip date: September 2024
- Nicole· May 23rd, 2024It was a good tour to get a basic idea about Spain and what it has to offer. It was frustrating though that most of it was in Spanish, because most my family does not know enough Spanish and we were told they would have English speaking tour guides. They also explained in much more in depth with the Spanish explanation than English one. They would mainly just say it’s a garden or a palace or something basic with the year. The bus times were always off, but sometimes by over an hour or so. They will also prioritize the new group getting to places on time over your group, so don’t plan any extra things because you won’t make it on time especially with how off the buses tended to be. If you have allergies to fish or shellfish be careful because they might just pick it out of the paella instead of making a separate dish. There were some fun tour guides, but some were hard to deal with since they don’t know English or even what they were supposed to do besides make sure we get from point A to point B. The rooms were decent and the truck stops weren’t too bad. Make sure to make reservations in advance to some of the places because some will just be walk by and you won’t actually go in, unless you made a reservation. A decent tour for the price, but I would only recommend it to people that are fluent in Spanish and want a basic tour around Spain.Show moreTrip date: April 2023
- PNPatrick· January 26th, 2024Enjoyed the tour. The overall area was quite large to see-a lot of road time. Luisa, the bus driver and the local guides were very nice and patient. A tour that focused on 2 or 3 metro areas with more local activites would be an alternative idea.Trip date: January 2024

- Cherie· December 7th, 20231) Very good tour guides 2) Good tours provided at major sites 3) Bus rides way too long between cities. This prevented us from having much time at all IN THOSE CITIES. High-speed trains should have been used instead. We spent two 6 hour bus rides, and two 3 hour bus rides getting to these places. VERY little time to see these places. 4) A BIG faux-pas was not letting people know ahead of time (like when they booked this tour) that they should have ordered online tickets for a number of sites in Barcelona, particularly. A number of folks didn't get to view the inside of the Sagrada Familia, which we only did because we ordered those tickets months ago. There are no physical lines for alot of these sites...only online tickets, which some older people don't know how to do. 5) You shouldn't pair English speaking tourists with Spanish ones. The guides had to recite things to us in both languages, which was frustrating for them and us, and some confusion occurred, as well. Time spent inside of these sites was wasted with the English/Spanish translations. We'd rather have been looking around at other things than waiting for our English version. 6) Another BIG faux-pas that happened: We who flew in from the U.S. were NOT met at the airport tour pick up area by our "Click Tours" operators! We had to ask around the various pickup bus drivers to see who was go aing to take us. We discovered that the pickup drivers were from a Puerto Rican tour company (forgotten the name) connected to TourRadar, not Click Tours. We almost had to get a taxi for the long ride into Madrid to our hotel because we didn't know Click Tours would not be listed on our trip! Luckily, several of our family spoke Spanish and found out who to go with, but this was a bad way to start our tour with you.Show moreTrip date: September 2023
- PPPatricia· September 21st, 2023The first hotel was very nice. The first bus was fine but then we had to change buses and it wasn’t as clean, always smelled like cigarettes after breaks and had NO INTERNET. To travel fro Seville, to Granada to Barcelona and all the way back to Madrid without internet was unacceptable. It showed on our devices but they just said it was broken and wouldn’t give us a password. As time went on it seemed as though English speakers got less information to the point that we weren’t even told to get off the bus. I suppose truckstops are most convenient but were chaotic and food choices were not good. Overall we covered a lot or ground and saw a lot of Spain but there was very little free time and there were a lot of sights we drove by that it might have been nice to stop at like museums. I’m glad I did it but probably won’t do it again.Show moreTrip date: September 2023

- STSteven· September 20th, 2023We saw some nice things. There was a lot of bus time and truck stops. Our guide was very nice but failed to communicate instructions at times. As an example, at our last stop she got off the bus without telling anyone this was the place to unload. The bus drive eventually told us to get off. Frequently there was detailed instructions in spanish but limited in English. Once the bus driver made a sarcastic remark in spanish not realizing we had someone who spoke Spanish.Show moreTrip date: September 2023
- JWJodean· September 20th, 2023The tour brochure said it was Spanish and English. Often it seemed the Spanish speaking got a lot more highlights. We got what seemed to be abbreviated explanations that were difficult to understand in English. We saw a lot of territory. I was underwhelmed by the truck stop cuisine for several meals that we had to purchase. We started out with a bus that had WiFi then mid tour we switched buses and even though a WiFi option showed we were told it was broken and they refused to provide us a password. This while on the longest time of bus riding during the tour. It also seemed at that point we transitioned to second rate tour participants. Overall I enjoyed seeing much of Spain but a couple of the hotels were quite old and had funky odors. We spent a significant amount of money on the premium tour but did not feel like we were treated like premium participants. I doubt we would chose another tour with tour radar in the future. The last couple days it seemed our guide just dropped us especially at el El Pilar and upon return to Madrid. We nearly remained on the bus.Show moreTrip date: September 2023
- JHJulie· July 20th, 2023The whole tour was controlled chaso. The two different hotels wasted a lot of time everyday. You have to wait until the bus picks up the guests at the first hotel and you spend time on the bus going to both hotels. Probably wasted an hour each day. The very first tour of Madrid lights, the regular bus was not available so they rented one. The bus had a big advertisment over the windows in the back. Yep you guessed it, we could not see out! Great start! We had different guides, different busses, different drivers and different people on the tour every day! Our bus broke down! Total chaos! I get it happens, but it was handeled poorly. Hotesls were so so, a couple did not have air conditioning. In Barcelona our hotel was down graded. Instead of stayig at the Hilton we stayed in Eurohotel. Horrable, no ac in our room and it smelled like sewer. I was able to get a fan. Hotel was dirty, old and way out of town. Nothing within walking distance. They ran two busses together. That mean 85 people had meals together, when they were provided by the premium package. Usually crowded into a space not designed for that many. Some guides could not speak English very well. One spoke in Spanish for 20 minutes about a site and then in English "This is a building that was used for....I don't know how to translate it." That was it we moved on! Just had to laugh! We got to the Flamenco show at the last minute so we had bad seats for that. Click tours does not really exist. We were really with Mapo tours. Not sure why, that was never explained to us. I would suggest you book a different tour. This one was VERY DISSAPOINTING!!!Show moreTrip date: June 2023
