Unfortunately as the trip itinerary was changed we had to come in at 2:30am and paid for an overnight which allowed us less than 2 hours of sleep. We than had no guide the morning and missed our bus even though we were the first to arrive and checked every bus (all said this wasn’t our bus) and they made us get off and this resulted in us having to pay a taxi to catch up. The tour guides were okay. Our ferry trips which we upgrades refused our seats and so we ended up without seats and the last ferry was delayed hours. Then again we lost our seats. Most tours I take are guided from beginning to end with a consistent group. This company & tour was not like that. I found little information as preparation and was a little nervous because I had never heard about this company. I asked for information about the names, addresses etc. for the hotels I would stay at - for family to contact me if necessary. I never received that info & had to call an office in Austria to get it. But. I was in Turkey for 2 1/2 weeks prior. My other observation was that with my selected tour, Explore Greece/20 days, I dealt with 4 companies. First was Tourradar which processed my trip and collected payment. 2nd was Click Tours. They answered questions and handled my trip insurance. The 3rd was Travel Zone which met me at the Athens Airport and set up my specific itinerary. The representative explained all of this in the car driving to my hotel. Travel Zone did a great job with the hotel, transfer, and tour arrangements. EverythingShow more
