************************************************************************************************ I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Bhutan Best Inbound Tour and our INCREDIBLE trip organizer/point-of-contact, Thinley!! Thinley worked tirelessly with us for many weeks organizing the most perfect extended family adventure in Bhutan. He patiently explained every option and gave us insights into every place that we considered adding to the itinerary. He navigated a complex set of requests from multiple people with different interests, and he managed to coordinate the perfect itinerary during the busiest festival time of the year. We had a great deal of communication by email, WhatsApp, and even a video conference call just before we left, and Thinley could not have been any warmer, kinder, or more friendly each time we spoke. He also assigned us an absolutely delightful guide, Chencho, to lead us on our adventure, and we had wonderful communication with him, as well, before we traveled East. And then... disaster struck. The day before we were all scheduled to fly to Delhi (followed by Paro the next day), my husband had a totally shocking/sudden medical crises that landed him in the hospital. He was extremely ill, and while the doctors were able to stabilize him, they said he wouldn't be back on his feet for weeks - much less able to travel anywhere. I was in shock. But once I collected myself, I sent a message to Thinley, and he was just so comforting and kind! He told me not to worry about anything except my husband, and he would take care of everything. Shortly after his message, I also received an incredibly kind and comforting message from Chencho. Amazing people!! Of course, at that point, we had also already wired full payment for our trip, and we were especially anxious about that because we now had to deal with enormous medical expenses. But, true to their good word, Thinley arranged to wire our funds back immediately. This was a god-send for us, and we are so absolutely enchanted with our experience (even not having taken our trip!), that we are entirely committed to "re-taking" our planned excursion with Bhutan Best Inbound Tour as soon as my husband can travel again! Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 19th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 19th, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Bhutan Best Inbound Tour. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
